Report Preview & Filter
In the PrismERP Report Section, the Filter section is used to define the conditions for generating a report. It helps users control what data will be included in the report output before printing or previewing.Users can set a date range using the From and To fields to filter data within a specific period.The Branch option allows users to select the branch for which the report will be generated. Based on user access, this may default to a specific branch such as Head Office or allow selection from multiple branches.The Level option is used to define how much hierarchy or depth of data should be included in the report. Selecting All will include full-level data based on the report structure.

The View Type option controls how the financial data is displayed in the report. PrismERP provides two view types: Summarized, where data is shown in aggregated form, and Split D/C, where Debit and Credit values are displayed separately for clearer financial breakdown.After applying the required filters, users can generate the report using Print or view it instantly using Preview, depending on their requirement.During the print stage, users can also manually highlight or mark specific parts of the report using color if required. Once the required markings are made, the report can be downloaded or exported with those visual annotations included.
