PrismERP’s CRM survey option helps to add a set of questionnaire which will aid the marketing or technical team to make survey easily.
1) Add Survey:
Settings > CRM > Add Survey
CRM option helps the user to attend initial or technical survey for a particular time.
a) Title : Survey Title
b) Type of Survey: Defines the survey type whether face to face, web-based, interview etc.
c) Estimated Outcome: Possible Outcome from the Survey
d) Campaign: Name of the campaign under which the survey is done
e) Assigned To: Assigning Person's name responsible for the survey of the campaign
f) Survey Lead: Name of the person taking Lead of the Survey
g) Branch: Under which branch survey is occurring
h) Start date & End date: Time of survery beginning and Ending
2) Attend Or Responding Survey Form
