Trial Balance

It is a statement of showing all the debit credit in a double entry account book without any error and accurate of debit and credit balance on both side

Notice that from the three screenshot this trial balance statement has been shown in a reporting format from the application and it has been shown from a specific date range of trial balance. With Asset, Income, expense, Liability all are categorized in the statement with their debit and credit transaction. Debit and credit must be equal in the trial balance.

Detail Trial Balance: Detail Trial Balance refers to the trial balance with details from the beginning till now, i.e. The Opening Balance, During this period and Closing Balance. The screenshot is given below for understanding the Report.

From the above you can get a clear picture from the detail picture report of the opening trial balance, during the current period trial balance as well as closing trial balance.
