Performance Appraisal

This solution contains full evaluation of employee performance & its impact. You can set up performance evaluation rules, evaluation & their impact.
Performance appraisal can be divided into two parts.
1. Set up Rules
2. Evaluation

a) Add Performance Appraisal Rating
Process:
Settings-->Performance Appraisal --> Add Performance Rating
Entry Process:
Here you will setup performance rating system according to performance evaluation. You can create different slab of point according to percentage of marks. Now you need to choose your preferred action & enter percentage of increment/decrement.


b) Performance Rating List
Process:
Settings --> Performance Appraisal --> Performance Rating List
Entry Process:
Here you can see the entire performance rating list. You may change the rating from here. To do this click on performance rating list on right side you can see detail. Here you can see edit button. Click on edit button, make necessary changes & click on save button.


c) Add Performance Group Criteria
Process:
Settings --> Performance Appraisal --> Add Performance Group
Entry Process:
Here you will add those criteria which you entry all the relate task & job role to maintain an employee.


d) Add Performance Appraisal Form
Process:
Settings--> Performance Appraisal --> Add Performance Appraisal Form

Entry Process:
Here you create Performance Appraisal Form, set criteria & their weightage, add evaluator e.t.c. first you need to enter title then choose rating system. Select verifier & approver. You may specify designation & department also. Now chose which criteria are applied for this appraisal Form.
Now set pointing level & their weightage value. If there are multiple performance criteria group then you can set their weightage here.

Now you finished set up of Performance Appraisal Module. Now it’s time to evaluate Performance Appraisal.
Upcoming Appraisal
Process:
Employee --> Performance Appraisal--> Upcoming Appraisal
Entry Process:
Here you will find the entire upcoming appraisal. Here you can sort the result through various search option. After finding appraisals to evaluate, if you want to start an appraisal then click on create appraisal. Then this evaluation will move to Appraisal Index.


Appraisal Index
Process:
Employee --> Performance Appraisal --> Appraisal Index
Entry Process:
Here you can see the entire Appraisal to evaluate. If an appraiser wants to evaluate that form then click on Add Score Button. A pop up window will appear.

Here you can see the red arrow represents appraiser Name, green arrow indicates rating & black arow shows its point. You can also add additional notes for this evaluation.


Appraisal For Verify
Process:
Employee --> Performance Appraisal--> Appraisal Index--> Pending for Verification
Entry Process:
After the complete of evalulation, it needs to be verified. To verify, please click on Verify button.

 


Appraisal for Approval
Process:
Employee --> Performance Appraisal--> Appraisal Index--> Pending for Approval
Entry Process:
After completing evaluation, it needs to be approved. To approve, please click on approve button.

A pop up window will appear. Here you can see preferred action & its impact on pay scale show automatically. You can change either of this. To make necessary changes you need to click on save button to approve.


Performance Evaluation
Process:
Employee --> Performance Appraisal --> Pending for Evaluation
Entry Process:
Here you can see the status of evaluation as well as its impact on Employee salary. To evaluate this appraisal select appraisal then click on evaluates.
