Employee Training Management

A company full training plan, their expenditure, evaluations etc. can be managed from here. Training Module can be dividing into two parts.

1) Training Plan     2) Training Expenditure

 

1) Training Plan:
How to Create Training Evaluation?
Process:
Go to: Employee--> Employee Training --> Add Training Evaluation
Entry Process:
Here you need to determine whether you evaluate trainee on mark basis or grade basis. Then you need to create slab for each type of grade or marking.

How to create new Training schedule?
Process:
Go to: Employee-->Employee Training --> Add Training
Entry Process:
Fill up the following information in the required field. Write down your training name, their description & evaluation method.

How to Create Venue?
Process:
Go to: Employee--> Employee Training --> Add Training Venue
Entry Process:
You may have multiple venues for Training; you need to add those venues from here. To do this you need to create venue from this. You can include capacity, contact details & even rent too.

How to Add Trainer Into a Training?
Process:
Go to: Employee--> Employee Training --> Add Training Evaluation
Entry Process:
You can add trainer from here. Later you can add that trainer to your training plan. You also select that employee from outside of the company or in-house trainer.

How to Create Training Schedule?
Process:
Go to: Employee--> Employee Training --> Add Training Evaluation
Entry Process:
This is the most important phase of training module. Here you will prepare your full training plan. You can define trainee, topics covered, duration etc.
1st step - add training name & their total course duration with start date & end date. You can categorize training type with their status. You can also control maximum trainee number or organization.

2nd step: Now it’s time for detail plan. Now you chose trainer for specific date class. Topic or lesson will cover, total duration of class etc.

2) Training Expenditure:
How to Add Training Material?
Process:
Go to Employee --> Employee Training --> Add Training Material
Entry Process:
Training may need some materials to conduct properly. Here you can add those materials to training and you need to give entry of materials name and its cost rate per days. You can also integrate with your accounts by selecting Expense Account.

How to Create a Budget for Training?
Process:
Go to: Employee--> Employee Training --> Add Training Budget
Entry Process:
Now it’s time to create budget for Training. First you need to select specific training and then add training materials to training schedule. Specific costing for materials needs to specify.
