Resource & Machine Availability

The Resource & Machine Availability module in PrismERP allows production planners to view and manage the availability of machines, work centers, and human resources across shifts and production units. This ensures optimal utilization of resources and avoids scheduling conflicts or unplanned downtimes during production planning and execution.

Key Features​

  • Machine Availability Calendar View availability schedules of machines with maintenance blocks, working hours, and idle slots.

  • Human Resource Allocation Track operator and technician shift plans and absenteeism data.

  • Shift & Working Hour Configuration Define multiple shifts and assign resources accordingly.

  • Maintenance Downtime Integration Auto-block machine slots during preventive or scheduled maintenance.

  • Real-Time Availability Status View which machines and work centers are currently in use, idle, or under maintenance.

  • Workcenter-wise Resource Assignment Assign and allocate resources by department, product line, or specific production orders.
