Workforce Management

The Workforce Management module in PrismERP is designed to streamline the planning, assignment, and tracking of human resources involved in production and other operational processes. It ensures that the right personnel with the required skills are allocated to tasks efficiently, improving productivity and reducing idle labor.

Usage Guide in PrismERP

Setup Employee Roles & Skills Go to Employee Setup For each employee, add:

  • Job role
  • Skill set / certifications
  • Assigned department or work center

Define Shift Structure Go to Shift Configuration

  • Create shift templates (e.g., Morning, Evening, Night)
  • Configure working hours and break times

Assign Shifts to Employees Navigate to: HRM > Shift Assignment Assign shifts by:

  • Department
  • Individual employee
  • Date range

Allocate Workforce to Production Orders During production order creation: Go to: Production > Production Order Assign required employees or teams in the routing or task assignment sections

Monitor Attendance & Availability Go to Attendance Monitoring View who is currently available, on leave, or absent

Track Workforce Productivity Use: Production > Workforce Efficiency Report Filter by:

  • Employee
  • Shift
  • Work order
  • Output quantity
  • Completion time
