Usage Guide in PrismERP​

Prepare Master Data​

  • Ensure BOMs are properly configured.
  • Define production plans or sales order forecasts.
  • Update stock positions and item lead times.

Run MRP Engine​

  • Path: Production Planning MRP Engine
  • Select planning horizon (date range).
  • Choose demand sources (Sales Orders, Production Plans, Forecasts).
  • Select output preference (Requisition or Purchase Proposal).

Review MRP Output​

  • View suggested quantities of required materials.
  • See shortages, available stock, and proposed replenishments.

Execute Actions​

  • Convert suggestions to Material Requisitions or Purchase Orders.
  • Send to procurement or warehouse for further processing.
