Material Consumption
PrismERP includes a Material Consumption feature that allows users to record raw materials used for a specific production order. Users can capture the exact quantity of materials consumed at each production stage, linked to the order, process, and step.
When adding a material consumption entry, users select the production order, process, and step. The system automatically loads details such as Branch, Process, Step, Unit, and Product. Users can enter the consumed quantity and update fields like Date, Quantity, and Unit if needed. Additional information, including RM Inventory, WIP status, and actual quantity consumed, can also be recorded.
After saving, entries appear in the Material Consumption List, showing branch, product, order, step, and date range. The search and filter panel enables quick access to specific records, providing a clear view of material usage across production activities.
