Navigate to Material Consumption Logging

Material Consumption

Select Production Order or Job​

Choose the relevant production order for which material consumption is to be logged.

Enter Consumption Details​

  • Input actual quantities of raw materials consumed.
  • Specify batch or lot numbers if applicable.
  • Record any scrap, rework, or returns.

Validate Against Planned Usage​

The system highlights variances between planned BoM quantities and actual consumption.

Save Consumption Record​

Save the log to update inventory and production costing.
