Material Return

The Raw Material Return feature in PrismERP allows users to record and manage the return of raw materials, which are the basic ingredients or components used in production. It links returns to the relevant production order, process, and step, while automatically loading important details such as Branch, Unit, Product, and Step information.

Users can enter or update key data including the return date, responsible unit, input quantity of the main product, actual quantity being returned, RM Inventory, and Work-in-Progress (WIP) status. All return entries are saved in the Raw Material Return List, providing a clear overview of material movements across branches, products, orders, steps, and date ranges.

Advanced search and filter options make it easy to locate specific records, and detailed views ensure full visibility and traceability. This feature helps maintain organized, accurate, and transparent tracking of raw material returns throughout the production process.
