Usage Guide in PrismERP​

Access Production Order List​

Navigate to Order List

Select Production Order to Reschedule​

  • Filter orders by status or date.
  • Select the order you wish to reschedule.

Edit Schedule Dates​

  • Click “Edit” or “Reschedule”
  • Update Planned Start Date and Planned End Date.

Review Resource Availability​

  • System prompts if there are conflicts with resource allocation.
  • Adjust dates or resource assignments as needed.

Confirm & Save Changes​

  • Save updated schedule.
  • Confirm notification settings to alert relevant personnel.

Monitor Impact​

  • Review updated production schedules and reports.
  • Adjust linked MRP or procurement plans if necessary.
