Usage Guide
Access Completion Reporting Module
Navigate to Production Completion
Select Production Order
Choose the production order for which completion is being reported.
Log Partial Completion
- Input quantity completed so far.
- Record completion date and remarks if needed.
- Save the partial completion entry.
- Inventory is updated for the partially completed quantity.
Confirm Full Completion
- Once the entire quantity is produced, mark the order as Fully Completed.
- System updates production status and final inventory.
- Linked job orders and material consumption are marked accordingly.
View Reports & Dashboards
- Go to: Reports > Production > Completion Reports
- Use filters to review partial/full completion by product, work center, or date.
- Analyze real-time dashboards to monitor completion status.
