Production Record

In PrismERP, the Daily Records module provides a complete overview of all production-related activities recorded during the day, including Issue, Material Consumption, Raw Material Return, and Production. This centralized list allows users to see every transaction in one place, making it easier to monitor operations and maintain accurate records.

Each entry in the list shows detailed information such as the Record Identifier, Production Date, Branch, Inventory, Production Order (PO), Reference Delivery, Process, Step, Event, Unit, Operator, Shift, Duration (hours), Batch Number, Status, and Edit option. The search panel helps users quickly find specific records based on any of these fields.

Users can also update the status of records to Pending, Approved, or Rejected directly from the list. Clicking on a record identifier opens the detailed view, where users can review all associated information, make adjustments, or take further actions if required.
