Routing Execution in PrismERP refers to the actual implementation of the defined production routing on the shop floor. It involves performing the sequence of operations, recording progress, and tracking resource usage in real-time to ensure production adheres to planned processes and timelines.

Usage Guide in PrismERP​

Access Routing Execution Module​

Navigate to Routing Execution

Select Production Order or Job​

Choose the active production order or job requiring routing execution.

Start Operation​

Select the current routing operation.

Click “Start” to begin recording operation time and resource usage.

Perform Operation & Record Data​

Log machine usage hours, labor input, and any quality checks performed.

Enter notes or exceptions if any issues arise.

Complete Operation​

Click “Complete” once the operation is finished.

System updates the status and triggers next operation availability.

Monitor Overall Progress​

Track cumulative production progress via dashboards.

Identify delays or resource shortages for corrective action.
