Stage-wise Production Delivery in PrismERP allows the gradual delivery or transfer of semi-finished or finished goods at various stages of the production process. This facilitates better inventory management, quality checks, and logistics coordination by tracking deliveries linked to specific production milestones.

Usage Guide in PrismERP​

Access Production Delivery Module​

  • Navigate to Stage-wise Delivery

Select Production Order and Stage​

  • Choose the relevant production order.
  • Select the production stage for delivery (e.g., Assembly Complete, Painting Complete).

Enter Delivery Details​

  • Specify the delivery quantity.
  • Assign the delivery destination (warehouse, external site, customer).

Confirm Batch/Lot Information​

  • Select applicable batch or lot numbers for tracking and traceability.

Save and Generate Delivery Note​

  • Save the delivery record.
  • Generate, print, or email the delivery note as needed.

Monitor Delivery Status​

  • Use dashboards and reports to track the progress of stage-wise deliveries.
  • Update delivery status upon receipt or further processing.
