Access Defect / Rejection Logging Module​

Navigate to Defect / Rejection Logging

Select Relevant Production Batch or Inspection​

Choose the batch, lot, or inspection record related to the defect.

Enter Defect Details​

Specify defect type, quantity rejected, and detailed description. Select or add rejection reason codes.

Attach Supporting Documents​

Upload photos, inspection reports, or corrective action documents if applicable.

Save Defect Record​

Save the defect/rejection entry to update quality logs.

Monitor & Analyze​

Generate reports to identify defect patterns and improvement areas. Track corrective actions and their effectiveness.
