Navigate to Defect / Rejection Logging
Select Relevant Production Batch or Inspection
Choose the batch, lot, or inspection record related to the defect.
Enter Defect Details
Specify defect type, quantity rejected, and detailed description. Select or add rejection reason codes.
Attach Supporting Documents
Upload photos, inspection reports, or corrective action documents if applicable.
