In-Process Quality Checks (IPQC) in PrismERP enable monitoring and verification of product quality during various stages of the manufacturing process. By performing quality inspections in-process, defects can be detected early, ensuring consistent product quality and reducing rework and scrap.

Usage Guide in PrismERP​

Access IPQC Module​

  • Navigate to In-Process Quality Checks

Select Production Order & Stage​

  • Choose the production order and specific routing operation for inspection.

Perform Inspection​

  • Record measured values against QC parameters.
  • Note any observations or defects.
  • Attach photos or related documents if necessary.

Review Inspection Results​

  • Confirm if results are within specification limits.
  • Mark the inspection as Pass or Fail.

Trigger Actions for Non-Conformance​

  • Generate corrective action requests or alerts for failed checks.
  • Link to rework or scrap processes as needed.

Save & Monitor Quality Data​

  • Save inspection records.
  • Monitor trends and reports to identify improvement opportunities.
