Access QC Parameters Setup
- Navigate to QC Parameters Setup
Create New QC Parameter
- Click “Add New”
- Enter Parameter Name (e.g., Thickness, Moisture Content)
- Define Measurement Unit and Parameter Type (e.g., numeric, categorical)
Set Specification Limits
- Input Lower Limit, Upper Limit, and Target Value as applicable
- Define Tolerance Range or acceptable deviation
Categorize Parameters
- Assign parameter to product categories or production stages
- Link to relevant BoM items or routing operations if needed
Configure Inspection Frequency
- Set how often the parameter should be tested (e.g., every batch, hourly)
Save and Activate
- Save the parameter setup
- Activate for use in production quality checks
Monitor & Update
- Track parameter compliance during production
- Update parameters based on audit findings or process changes
