These plans ensure representative and statistically valid sampling, enabling effective quality control without inspecting every unit, thus optimizing inspection effort and resources.

Access Quality Sampling Plans Module​

Navigate to Sampling Plans Setup

Create New Sampling Plan​

Click “Add New” Enter plan name and description.

Define Sampling Criteria​

Select sampling method (random, systematic, etc.). Set sample size based on lot size and inspection level. Specify AQL values and acceptance criteria.

Assign sampling plan to specific products, batches, or routing steps.

Set Inspection Frequency​

Define how often sampling should occur (per batch, daily, etc.).

Save and Activate​

Save the sampling plan. Activate for use in quality inspections.

Monitor Sampling Results​

Record outcomes during inspections. Analyze data for trends and quality improvements.
