PrismERP allows you to create and manage Product-Wise Promotions to offer discounts based on specific conditions. Here's how to add a product-wise promotion step-by-step:

Steps to Add Product-Wise Promotion

1. Navigate to Product-Wise Promotion:

   • Promotion Name: Provide a name for the promotion to help identify it easily (e.g., "Summer Sale", "Seasonal Discount").
   • Start Date: Select the start date for when the promotion will begin.
   • End Date: Select the end date for when the promotion will expire.
   • Created Branch: Select the branch from which the promotion is being created.

3. Discounts and Conditions:

   • General Discount: Provide a general discount on the products, which can be either:
     • Percentage (%)
     • Flat Amount
   • Trade Discount: Add a trade discount either on the base price or on the price after the general discount has been applied.
     You can provide a trade discount as a:
     • Percentage (%)
     • Flat Amount
       You can add up to 5 different discounts in the same promotion, each with different terms.

4. Apply the Promotion:

   • Apply to Branch: Select which branch the promotion should apply to:
     All Branches or Specific Branch.
   • Customer Category: Choose the customer category to which the promotion should apply.
     You can apply it to all customer categories or to specific categories.

5. Product Information:

   • Select Products for Promotion:
     • Item/Department: Apply the promotion to all products in the selected item/department.
     • Item/Department & Sub-Department: Apply the promotion to products in specific sub-departments.
     • Item/Department, Sub-Department & Category: Apply the promotion to products in specific categories.
     • Item/Department, Sub-Department, Category & Sub-Category: Apply the promotion to products in specific sub-categories.
     • Single Product: You can also apply the promotion to a single product if needed.

• Promotion Name: Search by the name of the promotion.

• From Date - To Date: Search for promotions within a specific date range.

Additional Features

• View Details: Click on a promotion to see complete details, including applied discounts, product eligibility, and branch/customer restrictions.
• Edit Option: Modify existing promotions directly from the list page if necessary.
• Status Management: Activate or deactivate promotions as per business requirements.

Free Product promotion

The Free Product Promotion feature allows businesses to create "Buy One, Get One" or similar promotional offers. Here's how to add a free product promotion:

   • Name: Enter the name of the promotion (e.g., "Buy 2 Get 1 Free").
   • Start Date: Specify the start date of the promotion.

   • Created Branch: Select the branch where the promotion is created.
   • Apply Branch: Choose the branches where the promotion will be applicable.

3. Define Products:

   • Base Product:
     Select the base product.
     Enter the quantity required to qualify for the promotion.
   • Free Product:
     Select the free product being offered.
     Enter the quantity of the free product to be given.

Add promotion gift:

PrismERP provides two distinct features under its Promotion Gift module: Gift Promotion and Coupon Gift, enabling businesses to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales through targeted promotions.

1. Gift Promotion

Gift Promotion can be configured in two ways:

• Sequence-Wise:
  The system selects invoices based on a predefined sequence.
  Customers are rewarded according to the order in which they qualify for the promotion.
• Undefined:
  The system automatically selects eligible customers for the gift promotion based on the conditions set in the configuration.

2. Coupon Gift

• Coupon Generation:
  Coupons are generated within the system and distributed to customers during their purchases, based on the set conditions.
• Discount Application:
  After purchasing products, customers can redeem the coupon to receive a discount.
  Discounts are applied according to the configured coupon discount percentages, such as 10%, 15%, etc.

Add gift promotion:

To set up a Gift Promotion, follow these steps:

   • Name: Enter the name of the gift promotion campaign.
   • Branch: Select the branch where the promotion will be applicable.
   • Customer Category: Specify the customer category to target the promotion (or choose "All" for all categories).
   • Start Date: Set the start date of the promotion.
   • End Date: Set the end date of the promotion.
   • Product: Select the product for which the gift promotion will be applicable.
   • Quantity: Enter the number of customers who will receive the gift promotion.
   • Type:
     • Select Sequence if you want to define specific invoice numbers manually.
     • Select Not Defined if you want the system to automatically select eligible invoices.

Promotional Gift Setup list

List page shows all the promotional gift setup list that are being created in the application.

From the Gift Promotion List Page, you can efficiently manage and review your promotions using the following features:

Search Filters:

• Search by Name of the promotion.
• Filter by Branch where the promotion is applied.
• Search by Start Date and End Date to narrow down specific promotions.

Additional Features:

• View Details: Click on the eye/view button to see detailed information about the selected promotion.
• Edit Promotion: If any changes are needed, click on the edit button to modify the promotion details.

Add coupon system

The Gift Coupon feature enables businesses to offer discounts to customers through coupons as part of promotional campaigns. To configure gift coupons, follow these steps:

2. Fill in the Following Fields:

   • Branch: Select the branch for which the gift coupon will be applicable.
   • Discount Percent: Enter the discount percentage offered through the gift coupon (e.g., 10%, 20%).
   • Valid Till: Specify the expiration date for the coupon to define its validity period.
   • Number of Coupons: Indicate the total number of coupons to be generated under this gift coupon configuration.

3. Save the Configuration:
   After filling in all the required fields, save the configuration to generate the gift coupons.

List of Coupon

After configuring gift coupons, you can view detailed information about each coupon to track its usage and associated customers.

Steps to View Coupon Details

1. Navigate to the Coupon List:
   Go to the Coupon List Page under Promotion.
2. Search and Select the Desired Coupon:
   Use the search fields to find your coupon by its name or other criteria. Select the coupon you wish to review.
3. Details Displayed:
   Upon selection, the details of the coupon will be displayed, including:
   • Coupon Number: The unique identifier for the coupon.
   • Coupon Barcode: The barcode associated with the coupon for scanning and validation.
   • Branch: The branch where the coupon is valid.
   • Customer Names: A list of customers who have used or received discounts under this gift coupon.
