Shipment Schedule & Tracking
The Shipment Schedule module in PrismERP helps plan and track shipment timelines for imported goods. Users can record shipment details such as PI, CI, container information, shipping mode, and key shipping dates. All schedules are displayed in a calendar view, allowing users to see planned shipments by date and navigate between months or years easily.
Add Shipment Schedule

| Select CI | Select the Commercial Invoice (CI) associated with the shipment. |
| No. of Container | Enter the number of containers for this shipment. |
| Total Containers | Enter the total containers planned for the shipment. |
| Shipping Mode | Select the mode of shipment (e.g., Road, Sea, Air). |
| Tent. Fact. Disp. Date | Enter the tentative factory dispatch date. |
| Tent. Shipping Date | Enter the tentative shipping date. |
| Port of Shipment | Enter the port from which the goods will be shipped. |
| Tent. Doc Date | Enter the tentative date when shipping documents are prepared. |
| Tent. Doc Release Date | Enter the tentative date when documents will be released. |
| Tent. Landing Date (Port) | Enter the tentative landing date at the destination port. |
| Destination Port | Enter the port where the shipment is expected to arrive. |
| Tent. Landing Date (WH) | Enter the tentative date when goods will reach the warehouse. |
| Assessment Date | Enter the date when the shipment is assessed for customs or quality checks. |
| Port Assessment (in days) | Enter the expected number of days required for port assessment. |
| Description | Enter any additional notes or remarks related to the shipment schedule. |

Users can view all Shipment Schedules in a calendar format, which provides a month-by-month overview. They can navigate between months and years using the Prev/Next Month and Prev/Next Year buttons. Each day displays scheduled shipments, making it easy to track upcoming deliveries. Users can quickly jump to the current date by clicking Today.
