• Branch: Select the branch

• Party: Select the vendor or party linked with the disposal.

• Inventory: Choose the inventory

• Delivery Date: Enter the disposal or delivery date.

• Item/Dept: Select the item type

• Product: Choose the product to be disposed of.

• Receive Quantity: Enter the number of items being disposed of.
