Stock Transactions

Stock transactions in PrismERP refer to the various ways products and materials move in and out of inventory. The system records every stock activity, capturing essential details such as branch, inventory location, product, quantity, and dates. This allows organizations to track all movements whether adding new stock, issuing materials for internal use, delivering products to customers, receiving returns, processing items within the warehouse, transferring stock between locations, or recording finished goods.

Each type of stock transaction in PrismERP is designed to reflect real-world inventory processes accurately. Users can search, filter, and review these transactions, update quantities or details when needed, and generate reports to monitor stock flow. Transactions can also be finalized or adjusted depending on operational needs, providing a structured and traceable record of all inventory activities.
