Material Issue

In PrismERP, Material Issue is used to record materials released for specific processes, production steps, or internal workflows. Each issue captures details such as order, process, and step. Added issues appear in the Material Issue List, where they can be searched and filtered. The list shows key information for each issue, including the associated items and quantities.

Add New Issue

Field	Action
Order	Specify the order or sequence in which the issue is to be processed or prioritized.
Process	Select the process or workflow under which this issue falls.
Step	Choose the step within the selected process where this issue should be applied or tracked.

After entering the order, process, and step, the user clicks Next, which opens the Add New Issue page. On this page, the user enters the quantity of the materials to be issued. Once completed, the new Material Issue is added and immediately appears in the Material Issue List, where it can be searched and filtered.
