This ensures that production planning and costing reflect the most current data, leading to accurate budgeting and inventory control.

Step-by-Step Usage Guide in PrismERP

Access BoM Recalculation Tool

Navigate to BoM Recalculation

Select BoM(s) to Recalculate

  • Choose individual or multiple BoMs by filter (e.g., Branch, Status, Product).

Review Parameters for Recalculation

  • Confirm updated prices, wastage %, or quantities.
  • Select the scope (single version or all versions).

Execute Recalculation

  • Click Recalculate to start the process.
  • Wait for the system to update all cost and quantity fields.

Verify Updates

  • Review recalculated BoM reports or cost sheets.
  • Confirm accuracy before approving or using updated BoMs in production.
