Access Job Based Routing
Navigate to Job Based Routing`
Create New Job Based Routing
- Click “Add New”
- Enter Routing Name and Job/Production Order ID
- Select the Product/Item related to the job
Define Operation Sequence
- Add operations tailored to the job:
- Operation name (e.g., Custom Assembly, Special Coating)
- Assign specific work centers or machines
- Set job-specific standard times (SMV, setup, run time)
- Allocate labor or equipment resources as needed
Add Job-Specific Details
- Attach instructions, safety notes, or special QC points
- Define any unique dependencies or parallel processes
Save & Activate
- Save the routing configuration
- Link routing to the job card or production order
Monitor & Adjust
- Track job progress through PrismERP dashboards
- Adjust routing steps dynamically if production conditions change
