What is PrismHCM?

PrismHCM (Human Capital Management) is an integrated HR and payroll management module within PrismERP. It automates and streamlines the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment to exit clearance—enabling organizations to manage workforce processes efficiently. The module supports centralized employee records, attendance tracking, leave management, payroll, performance evaluation, and statutory compliance.
