1) Add Assessment Outline

Process:

Go to Assessment Outline Add New

Entry Process:

  • Enter a name for Assessment Outline.
  • Select Points or Marks as the pointing method.
  • Enter steps for Assessment (e.g., Written Test) and set marks.
  • Assign Weightage Value (Total assessment marks & weightage must equal 100).

2) List of Assessment Outlines

Process:

Go to Assessment Outline List

Entry Process:

  • View all created Assessment Outlines.

3) Add Job Template

Process:

Go to Add New Job Template

Entry Process:

  • Select Designation.
  • Choose Job Assessment Outline.
  • Enter Job Title, Description, Benefits, and Terms & Conditions.
  • Select Salary Type.

4) Job Template List

Process:

Go to Job Template Job Template List

Entry Process:

  • View all Job Templates.
  • Edit job templates if needed.

5) Job Allocation

Process:

Go to Recruitment & Selection Add New Job Allocation

Entry Process:

  • Allocate manpower by selecting Branch, Department, and Designation.

6) List of Job Allocation

Process:

Go to Recruitment & Selection Job Allocation List

Entry Process:

  • View and edit manpower allocation.

7) Manpower Status

Process:

Go to Job Requisition Manpower Status

Entry Process:

  • View manpower shortage/overflow status.

8) Add Job Requisition

Process:

Go to Job Requisition Add New Requisition

Entry Process:

  • Department Head or Assigned Person requests manpower.
  • Enter Date, Employee Name, Branch, Department, Designation, Job Type, Priority, and Quantity.
  • Click Save.

9) Job Requisition List

Process:

Go to Job Requisition Requisition List

Entry Process:

  • View Requisition List & Status.
  • Click Recommend to send for approval.
  • Click Approve to approve the requisition.

10) Add New Vacancy

Process:

Go to Vacancy Add New Vacancy

Entry Process:

  • Select Approved Job Requisition and click Save to create a vacancy.

11) List of Vacancies

Process:

Go to Vacancy List

Entry Process:

  • Post Vacancy by selecting it and choosing an Agent (e.g., Online Job Posting, Newspaper Ad).

12) Add New Vacancy Posting

Process:

Go to Vacancy Posting Add New Vacancy Posting

Entry Process:

  • Post job through an Agent.
  • View Posting History.

13) List of Vacancy Postings

Process:

Go to List of Vacancy Posting

Entry Process:

  • View Vacancy Postings & Status.
  • Approve or change status.

14) Add Candidate

Process:

Go to Add Candidate

Entry Process:

  • Enter Application Information.
  • Enter Candidate Details (Name, Employment Type, DOB, Address, Emergency Contact, Family Info, etc.).
  • Enter Academic & Professional Qualifications.
  • Set Username & Password for the employee.

15) Candidate List

Process:

Go to Candidate List

Entry Process:

  • View Waiting List, Offered Candidates, etc.

16) Add Assessment Panel

Process:

Go to Assessment Panel Add New

Entry Process:

  • Enter Assessment Panel Name.
  • Define Marking System.
  • Assign Employees for Assessment & Weightage.

17) Assessment Panel List

Process:

Go to Assessment Panel List

Entry Process:

  • View or Edit Assessment Panels.

18) Create Assessment Schedule

Process:

Go to Assessment Schedule Create Schedule

Entry Process:

  • Select Interview Panel & Vacancy.
  • Define Assessment Steps, Venue, Start Date, End Date, and Result Date.
  • Select Candidates for Assessment.

19) Assessment Schedule List

Process:

Go to Assessment Schedule List

Entry Process:

  • View Assessment Schedule & Status.
  • Enter Assessment Marks.

20) Add Assessment

Process:

Go to Add

Entry Process:

  • Select Vacancy.
  • Enter Marks for Each Assessment Type.

21) Assessment List

Process:

Go to Assessment List

Entry Process:

  • View Assessment Marks for Employees.
  • Click on an employee to see Detailed Assessment Results.
