PrismERP provides multiple channels for delivering system alerts, workflow updates, and business communications. The notification framework supports in-app messaging, push notifications, email delivery, and SMS communication.
In-App Notifications
In-App Notifications appear inside the PrismERP user interface. They inform users about system activities, validations, and workflow-related actions.
Categories

Error & Warning Messages — shown when validations fail or input requires correction.

System Events — generated for important system activities such as record updates, status changes, or alerts.

Task & Workflow Events — displayed when tasks are assigned, workflows progress, or approvals are requested.
Push Notifications (Browser & Mobile)
Push Notifications allow PrismERP to send real-time alerts outside the application through supported web browsers and the PrismERP mobile app. These notifications keep users updated even when they are not actively using the system.
Email Notifications
PrismERP supports email notifications that can be triggered manually or automatically. Email templates can be configured within the system.
