Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)

Add New CSI

To create the New CSI, go to PrismServicing > CSI > ADD CSI

In this section, you can set up and manage the CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) for various jobs. The following fields and options are provided to define the CSI details:

  • CSI For: Specify which type of job the CSI is applicable to.
  • Title: Enter the title of the CSI, which will represent the purpose or nature of the CSI.
  • Type: Choose the type of CSI, which could refer to the category or classification of the CSI.
  • Branch: Select the branch that this CSI applies to. This ensures the CSI is only available for the relevant branch.
  • Start Date: Set the start date from which the CSI will be available.
  • End Date: Set the end date for the CSI's availability, indicating the period during which it will be active.
  • Description: Provide a description of the CSI, which helps explain the purpose and context of the CSI for the users.
  • Add Question: To create questions for the CSI, click on the "Add Question" button.
  • Question: Enter the question that will be asked as part of the CSI survey or feedback.
  • Question Type: Define the response type for the question. This could include options like multiple choice, rating scale, or free text.
  • Narration: Provide additional narration or explanation about the question, if needed, to clarify the intent of the question for the user or respondent.

CSI List

Finally, after creating all the CSI that are required, if you want to see the list of all CSI, the following window will appear.

To see the CSI List, go to PrismServicing > CSI > CSI List

Attendable CSI

Finally, after creating all the PDI that are required, if you want to see the list of all PDI, the following window will appear.

To see the ATTENDABLE CSI List, go to PrismServicing > CSI > ATTENDABLE CSI

CSI Result

To see the CSI RESULT List, go to PrismServicing > CSI > CSI RESULT

Perform CSI

After conducting the Job services, an authorized user will perform CSI against that closed job. The process flow is as follows:

  1. Job Card Details Page > Perform CSI > Attend Survey

User will be able to save the information and will show the submitted CSI responses in the CSI response Tab in the Job Card Details page.
