Opportunity

The Opportunity feature in PrismERP provides a structured way to manage all sales opportunities. Users can add new opportunities with complete details, track related activities and potential deals, and update the status of each opportunity as it progresses. The module offers search and filter options, detailed views for each opportunity, management of junked opportunities, and the ability to generate comprehensive reports for analysis and decision-making.

1. New Opportunity

Opportunity Information:

BranchSelect the branch under which the opportunity is created.
Contact DateSelect the date when the opportunity contact was made.
PartySelect the organization or customer related to the opportunity.
Contact PersonSelect the contact person associated with the opportunity.
CampaignSelect the campaign linked to this opportunity, if applicable.
Opportunity SourceSelect the source of the opportunity.
Opportunity OwnerAssign the user responsible for managing this opportunity.
Opportunity FollowerSelect users who will follow or monitor this opportunity.
StatusSelect the current status of the opportunity.
DescriptionEnter additional notes or details about the opportunity.(if applicable)
Opportunity TypeSelect the type or category of the opportunity.

2.1 Search, Filter & Action

Junk OpportunitySearch and view opportunities marked as junk.

Details Information:

Actions:

Convert to Junk OpportunityMark the opportunity as junk if it is no longer valid.
Update StatusUpdate the current status of the opportunity (e.g., New, Contacted, Qualified).
