Evaluation Workflow & Scoring
The Evaluation Workflow & Scoring is the process through which employee performance is reviewed, rated, and finalized in a systematic and transparent manner. It ensures each employee is evaluated against assigned KPIs with appropriate scoring methods and approval hierarchies.
Evaluation Workflow Stages:

| 1. KPI Assignment | HR/Admin assigns KPIs to employees either from KPI Bank or manually. |
| 2. Self Evaluation | Employees input their performance against each KPI (optional stage). |
| 3. Supervisor Evaluation | Line Manager rates employee’s KPI performance. |
| 4. Reviewer/Department Head Evaluation | Additional review layer (optional, for senior-level confirmation). |
| 5. HR/Admin Review | HR reviews completeness and accuracy. May adjust or send back for revision. |
| 6. Final Approval | Final score gets approved and locked by top management or HR. |
| 7. Score Publish | Final scores are shared with employees through ESS (Employee Self-Service). |

Evaluation Workflow

This holistic approach provides a well-rounded view of an employee’s strengths and development areas, especially in behavioral and interpersonal competencies. It’s basically used for annually.
