Evaluation Workflow & Scoring

The Evaluation Workflow & Scoring is the process through which employee performance is reviewed, rated, and finalized in a systematic and transparent manner. It ensures each employee is evaluated against assigned KPIs with appropriate scoring methods and approval hierarchies.

Evaluation Workflow Stages:

1. KPI AssignmentHR/Admin assigns KPIs to employees either from KPI Bank or manually.
2. Self EvaluationEmployees input their performance against each KPI (optional stage).
3. Supervisor EvaluationLine Manager rates employee’s KPI performance.
4. Reviewer/Department Head EvaluationAdditional review layer (optional, for senior-level confirmation).
5. HR/Admin ReviewHR reviews completeness and accuracy. May adjust or send back for revision.
6. Final ApprovalFinal score gets approved and locked by top management or HR.
7. Score PublishFinal scores are shared with employees through ESS (Employee Self-Service).

Evaluation Workflow
