It helps standardize performance evaluation by allowing the HR/Admin team to maintain and reuse common KPIs across different departments, roles, or individual appraisal forms.
Key Features:

- Categorization: KPIs can be grouped by department, function, or strategic pillar.
- Weightage Assignment: Each KPI can be assigned a default weight for performance calculations.
- Reusability: KPIs from the bank can be pulled into appraisal forms.
- Status Tracking: KPIs can be marked as active/inactive to control visibility.
- KPI Type: Supports qualitative and quantitative KPIs.
