KPI Bank

The KPI Bank is a centralized repository of predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) used in the Performance Management module. It helps standardize performance evaluation by allowing the HR/Admin team to maintain and reuse common KPIs across different departments, roles, or individual appraisal forms.

Key Features:

  • Centralized KPI Storage: All approved KPIs are stored in one place.
  • Categorization: KPIs can be grouped by department, function, or strategic pillar.
  • Weightage Assignment: Each KPI can be assigned a default weight for performance calculations.
  • Reusability: KPIs from the bank can be pulled into appraisal forms.
  • Status Tracking: KPIs can be marked as active/inactive to control visibility.
  • KPI Type: Supports qualitative and quantitative KPIs.
