The Lobby Free Appointment feature in PrismERP is designed to streamline and digitalize the appointment booking process, eliminating the need for physical waiting areas. It enables visitors, clients, or partners to schedule appointments online or through a receptionist.

Use This Feature in PrismERP

Follow these steps to configure and use the Lobby Free Appointment system:

  1. Login to PrismERP as an admin or web
  2. Click “Create Appointment” or allow external users to book via an online form.
  3. Input necessary details:
    • Visitor Name
    • Contact Information
    • Appointment Date & Time Slot
    • Purpose of Visit
    • Employee Name
  4. The host receives an automatic notification and can approve or decline the request.
  5. Once approved, the visitor receives a confirmation via SMS or Email
  6. On the day of the visit, the visitor checks in via the front desk using the code.
  7. The system logs the visit and optionally triggers badge card
