Library Management

The Library Management module in PrismERP manages the complete end-to-end library operation within a single system. It starts with setting up core structures such as racks for physical storage, authors for book attribution, and memberships for library users. It also includes classification of books through genres and categories, followed by detailed book registration with full bibliographic and accession-level tracking.

On the operational side, the module handles book circulation through lending and return processes, including due date tracking, return management, fines, and upcoming return monitoring. It also supports book requisition and book receiving workflows to manage acquisition and stock entry into the library.
