Email/SMS Notifications

The Email/SMS Notifications feature in PrismERP enables automated, real-time communication across different modules of the system. It allows the platform to send alerts, confirmations, reminders, and updates via email or SMS based on predefined triggers or user actions. This ensures that users, employees, clients, or visitors are promptly informed about important events or changes in the system.

Use This Feature in PrismERP​

Examples of Notification Triggers:​

  • Appointment scheduled or approved → Email/SMS to visitor & host
  • Task assigned → Email to employee
  • Leave request approved → SMS to requester
  • Visitor checked in → SMS to host
