Visitor History

The Visitor History feature in PrismERP provides a detailed record of all visitors who have entered and exited the premises over a specific time frame. This module captures essential information such as names, visit purpose, host, entry/exit times, and contact details—allowing organizations to maintain complete visibility and control over visitor movement.

Use This Feature in PrismERP

Accessing Visitor History:

• Login to PrismERP with the appropriate role/permissions.
• Go to Visitor History
• Use filters like:
  • Date range
  • Visitor name or contact
  • Host/Employee name
  • Visitor type (e.g., vendor, guest, job candidate)

Click on any record to view:

• Visitor details
• Check-in/check-out timestamps
• Visit purpose & notes

Visit History:

Click the visitor history then the visitor will get all visit history.
