The Smart Sign Up and Sign In feature in PrismERP is a secure, user-friendly system that allows users—whether employees, clients, or visitors—to register and log in quickly using modern, digital methods. It combines traditional login methods with intelligent authentication techniques like OTP providing seamless access across web and mobile platforms.

Key Features

User Registration Portal (Smart Sign Up)

• Email or Phone Number Verification with OTP
• Password less Sign In (via OTP or QR code)

How to Use This Feature in PrismERP?

For Admin (Setup):

1. Log in as an admin user.
2. Enable options such as:
   • Smart Sign Up Portal
   • OTP-based Login
   • QR Code Authentication (optional)
3. Customize the sign-up form fields as needed (e.g., name, email, department).

For End Users:

1. Visit the Smart Sign Up web page
2. Enter your basic information (name, email, phone, etc.).
3. Receive an OTP via SMS or Email for verification.
4. Upon successful verification, your account is created, and credentials are issued (or passwordless login enabled).

For future logins:

1. Visit the Smart Sign In page
2. Enter OTP
3. Access your dashboard based on assigned roles.

Visitor will sign up or sign in with his own number or email.
