How to Use This Feature in PrismERP

Initiate a Case:
Navigate to the Case Management section. Enter details such as:- Case type
- Involved employee
- Issue summary
- Attach relevant documents or evidence

Assign Investigation Officer:
Choose a responsible HR person or manager to follow up on the case. -
Track Progress:
Update case status, add notes or findings, and maintain a timeline of actions. -
Close or Resolve Case:
Once resolved, mark the case as Resolved or Closed, and store the outcome for audit or reference. -
Audit Trail:
Every step is logged automatically — providing full transparency and data integrity.
