Users can submit a self-shift swap request and view the list of their swap applications.

• Swap Date: Enter the date of the swap.
• Current Shift: Enter your current shift.
• Swap Shift: Enter the shift you want to swap.
• Swap Employee: Enter the name of the employee to swap with.
