ID Card Management

The ID Card Management feature in PrismERP allows HR or administrative users to create, customize, and manage employee ID cards from a centralized system. It simplifies the process of generating professional, standardized ID cards that include all necessary employee information.

How to Use This Feature in PrismERP?

To generate employee ID cards in PrismERP:

  • Navigate to Employee ID Card
  • You will find two layout options:
    • Vertical ID Card
    • Horizontal ID Card
  • Select your preferred layout format
  • Filter by employee, department, designation, or branch as needed
  • Click Generate to preview the ID card(s)
  • Use the Print option to finalize and issue the ID card(s)
