What Does This Feature Do?​

This feature lets customers apply their accumulated loyalty points to pay part (or all) of an invoice. PrismERP automatically deducts the point value from the invoice total and adjusts the customer’s point balance accordingly, ensuring seamless accounting and transparency.

📌 Example​

A customer has 1,000 points, with a redemption value of BDT 0.10 per point. During checkout for a BDT 5,000 invoice, the customer redeems 500 points (worth BDT 50), reducing the payable amount to BDT 4,950.
