Financial Reporting
Financial reporting in PrismERP makes it easy to view, understand, and analyze your organization’s financial data. The module organizes accounting information into clear, structured reports, helping management, finance teams, and auditors see the full picture. PrismERP processes raw transaction data and presents it in organized reports, showing accurate and consistent financial records.
Users can filter reports by branch, date range, fiscal period, or reporting level, giving flexibility to focus on specific areas or review the organization as a whole. Detailed reports let users examine individual transactions, while summarized reports provide a high-level view of financial performance. For some reports, split views are available, making it easy to break down accounts by department, branch, or cost center for deeper insights.
All reports can be previewed on-screen, so users can review the information before sharing or exporting. Reports can also be downloaded in multiple formats, including PDF, DOC, HTML, Excel, and CSV, making them ready for presentations, audits, regulatory submissions, or internal use. Certain reports, like the Balance Sheet, also include charts that visually display assets, liabilities, and equity, helping stakeholders quickly grasp financial trends and positions.
