Financial reporting in PrismERP provides a clear and organized way to access, review, and analyze the organization’s accounting data. Reports present structured financial information to support informed decision-making, auditing requirements, compliance, and long-term record-keeping.Users can filter report data by branch, date range, and level of detail. For selected reports, summarized or split views can be chosen depending on reporting needs. All reports can be previewed directly on screen before export. Download options include PDF, DOC, HTML, Excel, and CSV formats for flexible sharing and further analysis.Certain reports, such as the Balance Sheet, also include visual chart representations to help users better understand the distribution of assets, liabilities, and equity at a glance.
