Transfer History

Transfer History represents the complete record of fund transfers after they have gone through the full transfer process. It is not a separate feature or module in PrismERP, but a logical view of past transactions created through normal fund transfer activities. Once a transfer moves from Pending to Accepted and is finally Closed or Rejected, it becomes part of this history. Transfer History helps teams look back at how funds were moved between branches or accounts over time, making it easier to review past decisions, verify transaction accuracy, support audits, and generate reliable financial reports.
