PrismERP gives users the ability to maintain complete control over the financial aspects of sales transactions. Through its structured processes, users can track, verify, and record every transaction, ensuring that all sales documents and financial entries are organized and accurate.

Users can manage the flow of sales from quotations and sale orders to delivery notes and invoices, with all related financial data recorded in the system. Multi-way matching allows users to check that invoices, sale orders, delivery notes, and quotations align correctly, providing clarity over the quantities, items, and amounts involved in each transaction.

Revenue is recorded automatically at the product level, posting the income portion to the assigned income accounts while updating Accounts Receivable with the total amount owed. Tax calculations, including VAT and line-item taxes, are handled automatically based on each product’s configuration, and the corresponding ledger entries are generated without manual steps.

Products and services can be mapped to specific income and expense accounts, ensuring consistent postings during sales and purchases. When customers make advance payments, users can record them using Advance Receive Vouchers, which are then applied to invoices to show adjusted amounts and remaining balances while keeping payments linked to the original sales document.

Through these processes, PrismERP provides a structured framework for users to maintain visibility and control over sales finances, manage receivables and taxes, and ensure accurate accounting across all sales transactions.
