Price Circular

The Price Circular Management System allows users to manage and update product prices through various features such as New Batch Price Circulars (RPU and TPU) and Batch Price Circular Lists. This document provides step-by-step instructions for using the system effectively.ve and reply

New Batch Price Circular(RPU)​

This feature enables users to add product prices based on the Retail Price Update (RPU). Follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the "New Batch Price Circular (RPU)" page.
  • Fill in the required information, including Batch Name, Effective Date, and other relevant details.
  • Specify the products by selecting Department, Sub Department, Category, Sub Category, and other filters.
  • Click "Save" to apply the changes.
  • To implement this TPU, you have to Approve the BP from batch price circular list (Ref: 22.2)

Batch Price Circular List​

This page provides an overview of all batch price circulars.

  • Visit the "Batch Price Circular List" page.
  • View a list of batch circulars with details such as Batch No, Batch Name, Start/Effective Date, Created Branch, Apply to Branch, Created Date, Status etc.
  • Filter the list by Batch Name, Branch, Date Range, Status etc.
  • Select the checkbox which BP you want to implement and Click the Approve button.

  • To implement this TPU, you have to Approve the BP from batch price circular list (Ref: 22.2)

Price Circular​

This page allows users to view the Management Information System (MIS) related to price circulars. Follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the "Price Circular Page."
  • View MIS details related to Item/Dept., Sub Dept, Category, Sub. Category, SKU, Product, Barcode, Base MRP, MRP, Effective Sale Price, Max MRP, Min MRP, Promotion, Price Circular, Branch, Customer Cat., Start Date, and End Date etc.
