The Achievement (Auto from Sales) feature automatically records sales achievements by capturing actual sales data directly from the system. This automation ensures real-time, accurate tracking of employee performance without the need for manual entry.

1) Automatic Achievement Recording​

Sales transactions processed through the system are linked to the corresponding sales targets and employee records. Based on these transactions:

  • The system calculates the total sales amount per employee.
  • Automatically updates achievement records associated with relevant target periods.
  • Reflects real-time performance metrics for sales personnel.

2) Viewing Auto-Recorded Achievements​

Navigation List Achievement Entries

  • Filter achievements by employee, target period, or date range.
  • View the automatically updated sales amounts linked to actual invoices or sales orders.
  • Compare manual and auto-recorded achievements side by side if both types exist.
