Periodic Target Setup
The Periodic Target Setup module enables defining sales targets for specific time periods such as monthly, quarterly, or yearly intervals. This allows your sales teams to focus on short-term and long-term goals with clear timelines.
1) Add Periodic Target
Navigation: Add Periodic Target
Fields to Fill:
- Target Name: Assign a meaningful name to the target period (e.g., "Q1 2025 Sales Target", "March 2025 Target").
- Period Type: Choose the period type for the target:
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Yearly
- Start Date: Specify the beginning date of the target period.
- End Date: Specify the ending date of the target period.
- Target Amount: Set the sales target amount for the selected period.
- Branch: Assign the target to a specific branch or keep it general.
Save Target
Once all details are completed, save the periodic target. This target will be used to monitor sales performance during the defined time frame.
2) Periodic Target List
Navigation: List Periodic Target
Features:
- Search & Filter: Find targets by target name, period type, branch, or date range.
- View Details: Review specific target information including period, amount, and assigned branch.
- Edit Targets: Update or adjust targets as business needs change.
- Reports: Generate performance reports comparing actual sales against periodic targets.
