Target Commission Setup

The Target Commission Setup module allows you to define and manage commission rates that are directly linked to sales targets and achievements. This ensures that sales personnel are incentivized based on their performance against predefined targets.


1) Add Target Commission

Navigation: Add Target Commission

Fields to Complete:

  • Commission Name: Provide a clear and descriptive name for the commission setup (e.g., "Q3 Electronics Commission").
  • Sales Target: Select the related sales target or target setup to which this commission applies.
  • Employee: Choose the employee(s) eligible for this commission plan.
  • Commission Type: Define the commission calculation method, such as:
    • Percentage of sales amount
    • Fixed amount per unit sold
  • Commission Rate: Set the rate or fixed amount for the commission.
  • Minimum Achievement: Define the minimum sales target percentage or amount that the employee must achieve to qualify for commission.
  • Effective Period:
    • Start Date: When the commission plan starts.
    • End Date: When the commission plan ends.
  • Branch: Assign the commission plan to a specific branch if applicable.

Saving the Commission Setup:

Once all fields are completed, save the commission setup. The system will automatically calculate commissions based on actual sales versus target achievements.


2) Target Commission List

Navigation: List Target Commission

Features:

  • Search and Filter: Easily find commission plans by commission name, employee, sales target, or date range.
  • View Details: Inspect detailed commission configurations and employee eligibility.
  • Edit Commission Plans: Modify commission rates or criteria as needed.
  • Reporting: Generate reports to monitor commission payouts and sales performance correlations.

The Target Commission Setup is a critical tool to reward sales performance effectively while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
