Target Setup (Brand/Product/Employee)

The Target Setup feature allows you to define and assign specific sales targets at a granular level — by brand, product, or individual employee. This helps organizations track sales performance more precisely and align goals with business priorities.


1) Add Target Setup

Navigation: Add Target Setup

Fields to Fill:

  • Target Name: Name the target setup for easy identification (e.g., "Q3 Electronics Target").
  • Brand: Select the brand for which the sales target is applicable.
  • Product: Select specific products under the chosen brand if required.
  • Employee: Assign the sales target to a specific employee responsible for achieving it.
  • Target Period:
    • Start Date: The beginning date of the target period.
    • End Date: The ending date for the target period.
  • Target Amount: Set the sales amount goal for the brand/product/employee during the specified period.
  • Branch: Select the branch to which this target applies.

Adding Target Details:

After filling in the above fields, save the target setup. The system will track the progress of the assigned targets accordingly.


2) Target Setup List

Navigation: List Target Setup

Features:

  • Search & Filter: Locate targets by target name, brand, employee, product, or date range.
  • View Details: Click on any target setup entry to view detailed information including progress and achievement status.
  • Edit & Update: Modify target details as necessary directly from the list view.
  • Reporting: Generate performance reports based on target achievement for brands, products, or employees.

This module complements the overall Sales Target system by breaking down company-wide targets into actionable, assignable segments — improving accountability and boosting sales performance monitoring.
