Training Management
The Training Management module in PrismERP covers the complete training process from initial setup to final evaluation in a structured way. It begins with configuring core training data such as evaluations, materials, venues, trainers, and training definitions, which form the foundation for all training activities.
After setup, training programs are planned and scheduled with full details including timing, location, capacity, and assigned trainers. Training requests are then raised through requisitions, reviewed, and approved before being assigned to specific schedules.
During execution, attendance is recorded and trainee performance is managed by marking outcomes such as pass or fail. The module also tracks financial aspects through training budgets and vouchers to record all related costs. Finally, training surveys are conducted to collect feedback from participants after sessions are completed, completing the full training lifecycle within PrismERP.
